How Our Trade-In Policy Works
Purchases at The Castle
If you bought jewelry at our store, your purchase price is the appraised value you originally paid (or credit toward your new piece). This process is all jewelry purchased from us — not just diamonds. (Watches are excluded.)
From Another Retailer
Jewelry purchased from any other places (that does not include The Castle) are eligible for a trade-in. Our associates will evaluate your jewelry and help you out toward your next purchase.
Don't Want to Double?
If you'd rather not double purchase price, you can still trade in your piece. We'll work out a deal that makes everyone happy.
Bring Your Receipt
For the best trade-in value, bring your original receipt when you visit. Don't have it? Contact the location where you purchased your item and they can help you get those history.
